We are members of the Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin Trader Register.

The Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin Trader register was set up to help consumers locate home improvement traders in the county. The register recruits traders who are committed to honest and fair trade and provide good customer service. This includes the following commitments:

• Complying with a written code of practice
• Treating customers in a polite and courteous manner
• Not using high pressure selling techniques
• Working with consumers, Trading Standards and other partner agencies to seek positive solutions to issues and problems if and when they do arise
• Providing evidence of insurance
